Goose Lake Road April 8, 2018

Went for a two hour drive with both of my kids.  The highlight was a flock of Gray-crowned Rosyfinches buzzing around and landing periodically in a tight group on the grassland.  My children enjoyed the Ruffed Grouse from the sunroof (see photo).  Goose Lake itself is still frozen but there is some open water around the edges.
