Mary Madden and I had plans to visit the entire Tranquille area first thing in the morning.  This plan was adjusted as a troubled person incident forced the main road to Tranquille to be blocked by police.  The story from another motorist was that a person had some guns and a negotiator was being called in the talk the person down from a stand off with police.  We never did find out what actually happened but did return to bird the Tranquille area during some midday sun later in the afternoon.  Here’s our list from Goose Lake Road.  The entire area had a fresh layer of snow on it from the previous night!  Will Spring ever arrive?
