A buddy and I spent just over an hour and a half at Tunkwa Lake last weekend.  The ice fishing was on with each of us limiting out quite quickly.  My friend will be quick to point out that he had his 5 much faster than I….  It was great to be back out there.  We enjoyed a fairly moderate 0 degrees with almost no wind.  It did snow for a while but in the end, we didn’t need to set up the shelter.  Ice thickness was questionable in places but we stayed near the shore in water around 6 feet.
