A few hours of great birding with Isaac this morning. Other wildlife photos are following the birds. Camera was clicking. Least Flycatcher is locally scarce and do not breed in that area every year. We encountered two calling loudly from the same area and then a single a little ways more up the road. It’s such a treat to be out in nature at this time of year. Life is everywhere and the wild flowers in Lac du Bois are just beginning. A couple of times this morning we commented that a person could spend the entire day just sitting in one place beside an Aspen stand and have a great day birding/wildlife watching.
