Spent 4 nights in Salmon Arm last week on a family camping trip. I birded here and there but nothing serious as we enjoyed a wonderful 5 days of family time. One early evening we took a stroll on the main wharf along the waterfront and also briefly walked along the main shorebird ponds on the raised walkway. I didn’t have a scope and wasn’t birding seriously but managed to get some photos of the many Western Grebes right along the wharf in late day side lighting.
